We were very happy with the services performed at our home after having a hail storm go through our area. ProRestoration happened to be in our neighborhood after another local roofing company said we had no roof damage so we ask them to take a look at our roof. They said we needed a new roof and the insurance adjuster agreed with them. They also felt we needed a new skylight which insurance didn’t want to replace so they worked with the adjuster to have that done correctly. All in all, it was a very good process with Eric and Troy staying on top of things, keeping us informed, and always returning phone calls. We would gor sure call them again. If in need of roofing repair or replacement. They were pros at their job!!

Adam and Troy were fantastic. We had quite a bit of hail damage. They installed a new roof/flashing and gutters, replaced garage doors and light fixtures, stained the siding and deck and fixed damaged window screens. The biggest relief was having them deal with the insurance company. We had 3 different adjusters come out to assess the damage. They showed up each time to keep them honest. Sometimes, both of them were there at the same time to advocate for us. Each of their crews and subs were professional and clean. We had a couple of small issues (to be expected with the scope of the job) that were addressed quickly. I would highly recommend Pro Restoration!

I highly recommend the Pro Restoration team. If they did not go on my roof, I would not have know that I had major shingle, vent, gutter, and roof flashing damage from a hail storm. You also noted the hail damage on my deck railings too. The pictures you took motivated me to take immediate action. My only out-of-pocket insurance cost was the deductible, and it was well worth it. I've lived in my home for 20 years and never made a claim. Your help and followup with the insurance claim process was greatly appreciated.
