From the inspection, to communicating with insurance, to choosing high quality products, to installation, to clean-up, these guys took care of me like I was family throughout the entire process. Eric was easy to reach, and he answered all of my questions. We had some issues with our insurance, but Eric continued to advocate for us and kept us in the loop until he resolved the issue. To top it all off, our new roof and gutters look great!

We were very happy with the services performed at our home after having a hail storm go through our area. ProRestoration happened to be in our neighborhood after another local roofing company said we had no roof damage so we ask them to take a look at our roof. They said we needed a new roof and the insurance adjuster agreed with them. They also felt we needed a new skylight which insurance didn’t want to replace so they worked with the adjuster to have that done correctly. All in all, it was a very good process with Eric and Troy staying on top of things, keeping us informed, and always returning phone calls. We would gor sure call them again. If in need of roofing repair or replacement. They were pros at their job!!
